Our Process
01 Analysis
Working with all user groups and implementing thorough research and analysis we aim to understand the form and function of a space. Identifying problem areas for navigation and understanding how the end user will move and work in a space gives us the foundation of a scheme.
02 Development
Wayfinding schemes are developed to meet the various challenges within the built environment. Taking into consideration the form and function of a space, the end users, the historical context of the area, and how spaces connect with each other, all of these things and more need to be considered to ensure the scheme is effective and sympathetic to the environment. Our schemes can encompass sign systems, information delivery, map systems and digital media to enable clear navigation and information delivery for all end user groups.
03 Delivery
Once a scheme has been approved by stakeholders we specialise in the project management & implementation of a scheme. This will encompass the tendering process ensuring our clients get the best value but also managing the production and installation process ensuring quality control. We liaise with our manufacturers to ensure the design specification is met and that the final installation is to standard. Once complete we also carry out a snagging survey and ensure any issues are rectified.
A 6-12 month usability survey is also conducted to ensure the scheme works to its full potential.
